Meet the Founder
I’m Jessica Thomas, a strategic advisor and consultant to attorneys, judges, elected officials, and high-level professionals who already hold authority offline, but know their online presence isn’t carrying the same weight.
Before advising leaders, I spent years inside service-based systems and a private criminal defense practice — learning how decisions are made under pressure, how reputations are formed, and how much influence is shaped by who is seen, heard, and trusted.
Working behind the scenes in the legal system, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: capable, ethical professionals doing meaningful work without the visibility, positioning, or strategic guidance to ensure their voice matched their impact.

Today, my work focuses on advisory and strategic oversight. I help clients clarify their position, identify risk and opportunity in their digital presence, and make confident, informed decisions about how they show up publicly — whether execution is handled by their internal team or mine.
